At the APTTI Academy, we offer the best training to teachers in various courses. Before you sign on the dotted line and get started with any of the courses, you need to be aware of the terms and conditions when you opt for a course.
Non refundable payment options: For all learners who enrol for any teaching course, has to pay the course fees before the start. All fees, once paid will not be refunded if the course is discontinued for any reason. In case the candidate cannot complete the course, the payment is non-refundable and the course fee has to be forfeited.
Cancellation of payment: You cannot cancel the payment of the fees at the APTTI Academy. The payment is often a non- refundable option and the decision of the project organiser is often final.
Re registration for the course: If you are a candidate is not able to finish the course in the stipulated time period, you need inform the authorities. If you are unable to inform the authorities about your absence, your registration would be cancelled at that time. If on any occasion the candidate intends to continue with the program, he or she has to re-register with an application fee of USD 65 or Rs 3500 and will be given a 3 months grace period.
Instalment payment plan: In case, you are making delays in paying the instalment on the due date, there could be a temporary interruption in the way you attend the course. But in case the instalment is resumed, the access can be restored pretty much easily post the payment is made. But the point to note is the fact that if the candidate loses out on any time due to the delay in payment, then no extra time will be provided.
Submission of Assignments: There is a list of multiple choice questions that has to be submitted online when the course is in progress. You also have to follow strict rules of sending assignments to definite email Ids of online coordinators.
Registered E‐mail Address: The email address mentioned by you at the time of your admission is your registered email address with us for all correspondence. In case you would like to change of email address, the candidate must inform the academic coordinator immediately. Assignments submitted from any other email address will not be accepted without a prior notice. In case the assignment has to be redone then you will be informed by the online Coordinator.
Time for evaluation: The Institute will take minimum 10‐15 working days to evaluate your Term End Assignments.
Certification: Certificate will be indented after successful completion of all assignments. No requests will be entertained for issuing of certificate before all phases have been successfully completed. After the last assignment is submitted the processing and dispatch of the certificate will take maximum of 3 to 4 weeks time.
Course Duration: The websites clearly mention the course duration of each program. No request for false information about increasing the course duration will be entertained from any candidate.
Application and Applicant Background Information: All information provided at the time of admission should be true to the candidate’s knowledge. The contact information shall consist of his/her telephone number, email address, and the postal mailing address where he/she may be reached. The name provided in the admission form will appear on the certificate and cannot be changed. The email address also cannot be changed and will be used for all correspondences. If there is a change in the postal address then APTTI contact person should immediately be intimated via email.
Information, Electronic Correspondence, and Brochure: The information contained in all electronic correspondence, including websites, and in printed material is often considered accurate. However, it may be subject to errors, changes, omissions, availability of courses, or withdrawal of special offers without notice. It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact an official AP Teachers Training Institute representative for periodic updates as terms of this course offering are subject to change without notice.
All official correspondence shall be conducted via email unless the applicant otherwise indicates on the application or in written form that this is not a suitable mode of communication.
